Hello to all, students both local and at the other schools.
I'm Dan Albanese (28) / Crystal Lake
I started Southern Praying Mantis about 9 years ago in which I was enrolled in for only several months. I was really interested in it at the time and certian decisions lead me down another paths such as continuing schooling and such. I knew that I would be back, but really wasn't sure when. Well I'm back and I'm interested in it more now than ever!
As stated in Sifu's bio, to him "kung fu is more than a sport or form of exercise; it is truly a way of life", this can be observed through his skills as well as his dedication and knowledge...to that, MUCH RESPECT.
Also, to the local students: I like to practice ouside of class and would greatly look forward to practicing with current students to help in developing more of the 2 man exercises. I'm only a black rope for now, but somtimes having another body present can be mutually benificial.
